Hello there! My name is Caitlin (Caity) Kelly and I am a graduate student at Florida State University. My interests lie in the area of instructional systems and learning technologies, which uses analysis and understanding of technological innovations to help improve individuals' performances across a wide range of organizations.

 

Through my work at FSU, I have discovered a strong passion for working with students and adults, exploring ways to build upon skills and performance, designing materials for a broad range of purposes, and harnessing technological innovations to their fullest potential.
